Die 3 Brüder Partida gründeten 1987 die Band (2 hatten vorher in TEMPLE DE ACERO gespielt) und nehmen Alberto Pimental als Sänger (er erbrüllt sich den Spitznamen "Thrash"), und zusammen werden sie die Aushängeschilder der Thrash Bewegung. Schon 1988 erscheint ihre erste LP in heftigstem Thrash und fast jedes Jahr folgen neue Alben die sich kaum unterscheiden. 1990 steigt Pimental aus und gründet seine eigene Band LEPROSY, steigt aber 1992 wieder ein. Aber 1998 steigt er endgültig aus und die Brüder Torres übernehmen Gesang und zweite Gitarre. Einen grossen Unterschied merkt man bei den ganzen Sängerwechseln nicht, nur das sie auf der letzten Scheibe doch allerhand Trendeinflüsse rein nehmen. Schon zum Anfang sind sie die Speerspitze des extremen Metal und sie werden die erfolgreichste Band in dem Genre in Mexico, und auch in ganz Lateinamerika bekannt und aktiv. Wer sich Scheiben von der Band besorgen will sollte darauf achten, dass viele Best of und Re Editionen auf dem Markt sind. In den letzten Jahren erschienen auch 2 offizielle Videokassetten, eins mit allen Clips, und das andere Live im neuen Death Metal mässigen Sound.
Die "Milicia Infernal" Tribute Alben sind sehr interessant, da dort viele neue Bands total andersartige Versionen abliefern! Es sind natürlich auch etliche extreme Interpretationen dabei, wie von DISGORGE; PANIC; DOMAIN;ALLUSION und anderen, aber Bands wie IRA; LEPRYCORN und RICTER münzen etliche Songs auf True Metal um!
Die Alben 2001 und 2002 sind volle Pulle Death Thrash, ohne grosse Abwechslung. Deshalb war ich sehr überrascht, auf dem Album 2004 ziemliche Abwechslung zu hören! Am Anfang und Ende der Scheibe klingen sie viel traditioneller, und setzen sogar etwas Keyboard ein. Die Stimme ist aber immer extrem, und in der Mitte holzen sie auch ungebremst, wie auf den Scheiben davor.

The 3 brothers Partida founded the band in 1987 (2 of them played before in the band TEMPLE DE ACERO). They found the singer Alberto Pimental who got the honor name "Thrash", because of his aggressive shouting. Together they got the leaders of the Thrash movement. Already in 1988 they released the first album, which contained aggressive Thrash. Now every year a new album followed, which showed not much difference. In 1990 the singer Pimental left the band and founded his own project LEPROSY and released one LP. But he came back in 1992 and stayed till 1998 to continue with LEPROSY. The brother Torres join the band as singer and second guitar player. You can not hear much difference with the various singers. The last albums contained more and more modern influences and got extremer. They were one of the first extreme bands in the country and later got to be the most successful band with extreme music. They also got known all over Latin America, and toured in other countries. Who wants to buy albums of them should be aware of the many re-editions, best-of, and live albums. In the last years 2 official video cassettes were released. One contains all clips, and the other is a live show with the new Death Metal like sound.
The "Milicia Infernal" tribute albums are very interesting! You have on one hand very extreme interpretations, like from DISGORGE; PANIC; DOMAIN; ALLUSION and others, but also real True Metal versions from bands like IRA; LEPRYCORN and RICTER!
The albums in 2001 and 2002 are full force Death Thrash, without any diversity. Thats why I was very surprised when I listened to the 2004 album, and realized different sounds! At the beginning and the end of the album they play much more traditional, and even use some keyboard! The voice is still very extreme, and in the middle part nothing has changed.

Los 3 hermanos Partida fundaron la banda en 1987 (2 de la banda tocaron antes con TEMPLE DE ACERO). Hayaron al cantante Alberto Pimental quien tuvo el honor de nombrarse "Thrash", por sus gritos agresivos. Juntos fueron los lideres del movimiento Thrash. Ya en 1988 lanzaron su 1er album que contiene agresivo Thrash. Ahora cada año un disco nuevo le sigue que no muestran mucha diferencia.
En 1990 el cantante Pimental dejó la banda y formó su propio proyecto LEPROSY y lanzó un LP. Pero volvió en 1992 y se quedo hasta 1998 para continuar con LEPROSY. El hermano Torres se unio a la banda como cantante y 2da guitarra. No podes notar mucha diferencia con los varios cantantes. Los ultimos discos contienen mas y mas influencias modernas y mas extremos. Fueron una de las 1eras bandas extremas del pais y mas tarde la mas famosa con la musica extrema. Tambien se hicieron conocidos por Latinoamérica y giraron en varios paises. El que quiera comprar los discos debe tener cuidado de las muchas re-ediciones, grandes exitos y en vivos. En los ultimos años videos oficiales fueron lanzados. Uno contiene todos los clips y el otro es un show en vivo con el nuevo sonido Death Metal.
